The Sketching in Tuscany Registration Fee includes:

*To keep the group size at a maximum of 12, those wishing to join the group, but not draw, are welcome and encouraged to participate, but will pay the same registration fee.

Mike Wiesmeier and Sketching in Tuscany cannot be responsible for delays, missed connections, errors, omissions, irregularities, damage or injury to person or property or negligence of any cause nor inconvenience of weather. Said provider shall also under no circumstances be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages. Participant will take full responsibility to provide for any insurance coverage, such as policies to cover baggage loss, medical costs, tour cancellation, travel cancellation, etc. By purchasing this tour, the participant agrees to hold the provider harmless and accepts these conditions.

At the time of registration, participant may elect to pay amount in full or to hold their space by submitting a deposit fee of $500US. In the case of securing space for the tour with a deposit, the balance will be due no later than May 1, 2008. If registrant needs to cancel their registration, after May 1, 2008, and before the six-week period leading up to the beginning of the tour dates selected, cancellation will incur a loss of the $500US deposit. After the beginning of the six-week period leading up to the beginning date of the tour, cancellation will result in a loss of all funds previously paid. Cancellation submitted prior to May 1, 2008 will result in reimbursement of $400US of the $500US deposit. In the case that the Sketching in Tuscany sketching tour has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the participant will be reimbursed in full.
